Integration System Policy

[Policy] > [Integration System Policy]

SHIELDEX File has a basic harmlessness policy, in addition to the integration system unit.Specify a separate policyProvides the 'Integration System Policy' feature that can be used.
The integration system (previously named: channel) is managed in a unified manner from registration to policy settings in this menu.

⚠️ The permission to set integration system policies is granted to [Administrator Type - Super Administrator].

▶ What is the integration system policy?

  • The integration system policy has the same configuration items as the 'Basic Decontamination Policy' (Common, Exceptions, MS Office, PDF, Hancom Office, HTML, JSON, TEXT, Compression, Images), and the configured integration system policy isPrioritized over the basic policyIt will be applied.

1. Integration System Registration

▷ Step 1: Add Integration System

  • Left menu [Policy] > [Integration System Policy] >+ 연동 시스템 추가Button Click
  • Enter the following information in the popup window:
    • Integration System Name(Previous name: Channel Code)
    • label(Previous name: Work Code)
    • Person in ChargeSelection (Optional)
  • Clicking [Register] will create a linked system.

▷ Automatic issuance of API Key

  • Once the registration is complete, the corresponding integration system willAutomatic issuance of API KeyIt works.
  • The issued API Key can be viewed on the [Integration System Policy] screen.
  • The API Key can be used as an identification means for the integrated system when making a de-identification request.

The existing channel code + work code method for desensitization requests can still be used as is.
There is no need to modify the request code of the existing integrated system.


2. Integration System Policy Settings

▷ Step 2: Select the Policy Tab

  • Clicking on the registered integration system will display the same item tab as the default deactivation policy:
    • Common, Exception, MS Office, PDF, Hancom Office, HTML, JSON, TEXT, Compression, Image
  • Check and modify the security policy items for each tab, and enter the policy values.

⚠️ Items that are not set will operate according to the settings of the [Default Sanitization Policy].

▷ Step 3: Specify Expiration Dates for Each Item

  • By each policy item만료일in the column설정Click
  • After specifying the expiration date, click [Apply]
  • Once the expiration date has passed, the item will automatically switch to the default neutralization policy.

▷ Step 4: Save Policy

  • Top [Save Policy] button click
  • When modifying a policy, you can enter the reason for the change, and you can check the history and restore it in [Log] > [Policy Change History].

3. Change of Responsible Administrator

  • You can change the responsible manager even after registering the integration system.
  • Next to the [Person in Charge] field on the integration system detail screen변경Select a new administrator after clicking.

4. Deleting the Integration System

  • Next to the integration system to be removed from the left integration system listXButton Click
  • After confirming "Do you want to remove the integration system?" in the popup window,제거Click

The linked system will be completely deleted, and all related settings, API Key, and policy information will also be removed.


5. User/Group Level Policy

  • To apply policies at the user or group level, use the [Policy] > [Individual Policy] menu.

Precautions

  • After setting the integration system policy, be sure to check the actual application targets and verify the policy change history.
  • When deleting the integration system, the deactivation processing requested for that integration system may be affected, so please proceed with caution in the production environment.
  • The API request logs for each linked system can be viewed in the [Log] > [API Request Log] menu.
